DEVBHOG Maida is the finally milled refined and bleached wheat flour. Closely resembling cake flour and are often used for preparing dishes such as Cakes , Pastries , cookies , Breads , Biscuits & various Indian snack like samosa , Mathari, and many more. Maida is also used in south Indian foods for preparing Maida seedai (Uppu Seedai). DEVBHOG maida is made from selected wheat grains of Madhya Pradesh.
